- Completed 2 additional advanced manuals
- Coordinated & conducted 1 registered Success/Communication, Success/Leadership or Youth Leadership Module
- Coached a new member with first 3 speeches
Leadership Awards
Competent Leader Award
- Received CTM
- Served 6 months as club officer and participated in the preparation of the Club Success Plan.
- As officer, attend officer training program.
- Conducted 2 Successful Club Series.
Advanced Leader Award
- Received Competent Leader Award
- Served as District Officer
- Completed High Performance Leadership Program
- Served successfully as sponsor or mentor of a new club. (see application for details)
Distinguished Toastmaster
When a member receives both the ATM-Gold award and the Advanced Leader award, they become a Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest designation available.
